Transfer property in my name.
Sir,
I have purchased a flat in 2004 in my name at PUne. I availed HDFC loan in order to purchase.
Our builder name still appears as first owner and my name is in second owner. We have been chasing builder to form our society and transfer ownership to respective flat owners. But our builder does not respond.
Please guide us if we can register our flats individually and if there is any implication of this situation when we want to sell our flat.

Dear Anup, The Builder has put you all in a tricky situation. Please conslut with a lawyer and issue a legal notice to the builder signed by all members. I recommend you do this ASAP, since many cases then the builders puts people in such a situation that he demands something more such as parking lot in builders name etc etc...and then signs to transfer.
