Bandra, A place with a name that has many variations. Vandre (Marathi), Bandra(English/hindi), or popularly Bandddrraa (with an accent). A location which has a myth of getting its naam karan because of Bandar’s (Monkeys) ruling the area at a point of time.

*Thud Thud* *Woosh* *Screech* *Ghooouunnnnnn* *Abhe jaldi light laga na*

These were the enlightened sounds of a pre-event. An event which I was informed about being India’s one of the most Spectacular Property festivals.


I was told the event reached the grandeur of platforms. And at that moment all I said to myself was ‘Yeah right. A humungous property festival?’
By saying that my friends I have very much enrolled a form for the certification of a ‘Dumb ass’.
Because when I visited the site at Bandra Kurla Complex, a place where I normally pass by. Where there is nothing there apart from a flat piece of monstrous land. So I thought what would they possibly build

The human civilization has evolved. The greed also has evolved. And so has the Demand. And now every economist will tell you, even the supply. And as time has shown we continue to evolve.

But now. . (movie trailer voice) IN THE FUTURE OF EVOLUTION (back to normal tone) I do not mean that we will grow another head or actually have eyes on the back of the head (I am not talking about salman goggs here)

Here is a young buyer, Who has been deported of his teenage phrase for some years now. He has started thinking about where at night he shall rest his head. The process has started and now this is how he shall become the master chef (not the reality show) of this thought.
