Bandra is a plush suburb located in north-west of Mumbai. It is called the “Queen of the Suburbs” over a period of years. Bandra is the hub and becomes the heart of the city of Mumbai, connecting to South and North Mumbai via its newly constructed Bandra Sea-Link, a major infrastructural project opened on June 30, 2009 created to ease traffic. The Bandra Kurla Complex is the business hub of the city and its proximity has further enhanced the already high property value of Bandra. Bandra, the address by itself becomes very reputable!

As the saying goes, “You can take a Bandraite out of Bandra, but you cannot take Bandra out of a Bandraite or ex-Bandraite.” Staying here even for a short while, makes you want to return again - even plan to settle down here. Today, the fast growing NRI and foreigner population is ample proof that this suburb is accepted as being the best that money can buy. This co-existence of apparent contradictions is an uncanny vibrancy of what Bandra is all about. Viva la Bandra!
