Ms. Smita Thorat, Co-Founder and Director of iProperty.com India formerly RealAcres.com, holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and has been responsible for execution of the strategy, business plan, managing growth, revenue generating operations and fund raising for the company. Her architectural work experience encompasses a broad range of projects within residential, second homes and urban design settings. With her strong domain knowledge, experience of multi-Industry convergence and handling turnkey projects she co-founded RealAcres.com in October 2005. She has ably undertaken the additional responsibility to review activity reports, financial statements of the company, to determine progress and update the status periodically in attaining objectives and fine tuning them according to the current business environment. She has also been able to develop strong and durable partnerships & alliances with various esteemed real estate associations.

Smita promotes the company at various real estate conferences and events, print media, television etc. and has been regularly quoted in large media such as Times of India, Live Mint, Indian Express, Outlook, Business World, etc. for real estate industry insights.

As the Chief Executive Officer of IPGA Limited, Shaun is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company. Prior to joining iProperty.com, Shaun was the head of the Australian operations of the REA Group (2005-2008) and the General Manager of the REA Group’s international businesses (2008-2009). Shaun holds a Masters of Business Administration from Australian Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing from Monash University.

Patrick Grove is a co-founder of IPGA Limited. Patrick is also the Group CEO, Executive Chairman and major shareholder of the Catcha Media Group, one of South East Asia's most dynamic media companies, incorporating publishing, online and event businesses, including Malaysia's largest English language magazine publisher. Catcha Media Group is also the major shareholder of IPGA Limited. Prior to his founding of the Catcha Media Group, Patrick worked in Corporate Finance at Arthur Andersen. His specific areas of experience and expertise include mergers and acquisitions and extraction of investment value in high growth, media, new media and technology environments. Over the past decade, Patrick has built a number of significant media and internet businesses across Asia and has been independently recognised with numerous international awards, including as a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum (2001), a New Asian Leader by the World Economic Forum (2003) and as the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2004). Patrick received his undergraduate degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance from the University of Sydney and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Going forward, Patrick's focus will be on the formulation of IPGA Limited's strategy and business plan, and on the sourcing of merger and acquisition opportunities for the Company.

Prior to joining IPGA, Ken was both a founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Catcha Media Group, responsible for the operations of the business across four countries, including budget management and business plan implementation. Ken has also worked in Tokyo, Japan, as a Senior Project Manager at ICM Marketing, a leading business to business event management company. Ken has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing.

Vikram holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering specialized in Information Technology. Vikram, Regional Head - Pune, drives the company's sales strategies in both media as well as events in Pune. Vikram manages the relationship between sales and other company functions and has pioneered in real estate marketing techniques.

An avid cricket enthusiast, Vikram likes to spend most of the time strategizing business solutions.
